SPECIAL NOTICE: JPSE has been moved to a new website. The new site is in its final test phase and what you see here will eventually go away. This major change is quite fitting as this new format also marks the beginning of our tenth year of publication. We are now operating under the Open Journal Systems (OJS) format. This is a journal management and publishing system developed by Stanford University. OJS gives us more precise control and tracking capabilities of manuscripts and protects authors, reviewers and editors through a more rigid blind review process. By becoming an OJS site we join more than 1,400 other journals that operate under this standard. At some point we will open the system to allow authors to submit directly online thus making it easier to submit and track manuscripts. We will continue to accept submissons by e-mail, but they will be entered into the system and managed accordingly. Please try it out.
